Best MyNetFone Broadband Internet Plans in Australia
MyNetFone broadband offers customers NBN services. These services are offered at each common speed tier, plus they also offer ADSL2+ services for those outside of the NBN area. MyNetFone has a history of Voice over IP (VoIP) services in Australia, and they now offer many voice options on top of their NBN plans.
The plans offered by MyNetFone vary by connection type and the speed tier you choose on the NBN plan. They apply a base price for the 12/1 NBN plans and then you can jump to 25/5 plans for $10 more each month or 100/40 plans for $30 more each month.
For ADSL2+, MyNetFone covers four different usage options. These packages differ by the amount of data download quota. With all of the packages, except the lowest cost an ADSL2+ modem is provided. If you choose to use your own modem with a one or two-year contract, you will receive a $50 credit.
There is also a connection charge. However, this charge is reduced if you choose a one-year contract and eliminated if you choose a two-year contract.
Since MyNetFone has a history with VoIP options, it is not a surprise that they have many voice-related options with their broadband packages.
The ADSL packages have a $0 month PAYG VoIP service provided. This offers free calls to other MyNetFone users, as well as a 20c flat rate call for local and national fixed line numbers. They also offer 25c per minute calls to mobile phones. Their international calls start at 1.9c per minute.
The NBN plans offered by MyNetFone have the same bundled VoIP package for all of the plans except the top tier plan. This includes bundled VoIP services with 30,000 local, national and mobile per month.
TV and Movie Options
There are currently no IPTV or streaming bundles offered by MyNetFone.

Switch to NBN plans without a penalty - If NBN comes available at your property while you are in contract with MyNetFone, they will allow you to switch with paying a contract break or new installation fees.
Uploads are not counted - Uploads are not considered when it comes to your usage quota
No email address - MyNetFone does not have email addresses with any of their plans
Data quotas split on peak or off-peak basis - With ADSL2+ plans with a data quota, between midnight and 10am only half of the data is counted. If you do not use the Internet overnight, you’ll get less usage.
No Frills - There are not really many extras offered with MyNetFone such as quota-free applications or bundling provisions.
